In July, 2005, Nick found this mark near the Hub in front of the castle. Link to waymark. Update: As of early March 2015 this mark still exists, but as you can see from Nick's photo, the landscaped area right next to it has been removed. Will it survive the Hub renovation? Stay tuned! |

| MK-3 Partners Statue |

Coincidentally, right around the same time, Pam found a survey mark behind the Partners statue in the Hub. She says it's on the left of the statue area as you face the castle. Nick had a chance to visit in September and got a location photo for us. In 2013, Derek sent me a fun artistic photo of this mark. Link to waymark. Update: This mark was destroyed when the Hub was renovated in early 2015. See below for photos when MK-3 was still there, after it and its adjoining concrete were removed, and finally, after new concrete was poured in the area. |

The Fantasyland renovations have brought us a new benchmark! Thanks to Jeff for spotting this one in January, 2013 near Big Top Souvenirs at the entrance to Storybook Circus. Jason also sent me a nice area photo.

Jeff's friend Derek also sent me a new Fantasyland mark in January, 2013. This one is on a walkway near Enchanted Tales with Belle. Jason also sent me some photos of this one. Because he's a WDW cast member, he was able to get some beautiful shots when there were no guests around. Link to waymark.

| MK-9 Ariel |
|
Marc and Jason both found this survey mark between Ariel's Grotto and the Voyage of the Little Mermaid ride. It's especially interesting because of the extra "ears" on the pavement that you can see in Marc's closeup photo, making the mark part of a hidden Mickey in addition to already having a Mickey head on itself. (Or, as Jeff noted, the lengthened appearance of the ears makes it more closely resemble a hidden Oswald; Google "Oswald the Lucky Rabbit" if you aren't familiar with that part of Disney history.)
